Case: OMA Agency drove behavioral change in a national campaign for the Swedish Child Diabetes Foundation.
Three out of four people who saw the campaign state that it prompted them to take action. OMA Agency developed the nationwide campaign “Vård i tid” (Timely Care) for the Swedish Child Diabetes Foundation—an assignment where strategy, creative excellence, and data-driven media planning translated into measurable impact.

Every year, 1,000 children develop type 1 diabetes. Many receive their diagnosis too late.
The Childhood Diabetes Fund (Barndiabetesfonden) sought to increase awareness of early symptoms among parents of young children and primary care providers. The goal was to reach these target groups through engaging communication, thereby increasing the proportion of early diagnoses and reducing the number of emergency-onset cases.
OMA Agency was given overall responsibility for strategy, concept, production, and media planning for a national information campaign.
Solution: integrated communication with a clear focus on impact
We developed the campaign’s strategic platform and creative concept, and managed its execution across multiple channels:
• Campaign films for online TV and digital platforms
• Digital out-of-home advertising
• Social media content and advertising
• Podcast and influencer collaborations
• Informational materials in five languages for nearly 2,000 primary care centers and pediatric health clinics
• Media planning and ad buying
Result:
1 in 3 parents in Sweden saw the campaign
76% of those who saw it thought about it afterwards
3 out of 4 state that the campaign prompted them to take action

Vård i tid demonstrates how a communications agency can combine marketing strategy, creative production, and effective media planning to generate both reach and actual behavioral change—with clearly measurable results.
